Areas We Serve

Care across five Florida counties

We serve homes in Hillsborough, Polk, Manatee, Highlands and Hardee counties. Big city or small town, the care comes to your door — on your schedule, in your routine.

Where We Work

The five counties we cover

These are the counties we staff today. Call and we can talk through days, hours and how soon we can start.

Every county here is served for both sides of our work: seniors aging at home, and children, teens and adults living with disabilities. Same coverage, same team, in all five.

  • Hillsborough County

Our home county, and where most of our caregivers live. Full coverage from South Tampa and Temple Terrace out through Brandon, Riverview and Plant City.

  • Manatee County

  • Hardee County

Covering Wauchula, Bowling Green and Zolfo Springs, where families often travel a long way for support that should come to them.

Don't see your area?

The five counties above are where we have caregivers today, not a fence. We often take clients just outside them. Call and tell us the town and the cross streets. If we can staff it reliably, we'll say yes. If we can't, we'll tell you that instead of taking the case and hoping.

Urban And Rural

A wide footprint, on purpose

Some of these counties are easy to serve. Others are not. We cover both, because the family in Wauchula needs the same help as the family in Tampa.

  • City and small town, same service

Tampa, Lakeland and Bradenton have plenty of agencies to choose from. Wauchula, Zolfo Springs and Lake Placid do not. We cover all five counties, with the same service list in each.

  • The support comes to you

In Hardee and Highlands, reaching a provider can mean an hour in the car each way, every time. Support at home means that hour stays yours — whether you are the one receiving it or the one who would have been driving.

  • Caregivers based nearby

We recruit in the counties we serve, so the person at your door is usually coming from nearby rather than across the bay. A short drive holds up better on the days traffic turns or the weather does, and it is what makes an early shift something someone can say yes to.

Common Questions

Questions about where we work

Which counties do you cover?

Hillsborough, Polk, Manatee, Highlands and Hardee. Inside those, we cover the towns listed above and the smaller places between them. The list names the places people recognize; it is not a boundary line.

Is the coverage the same for disability support as it is for senior care?

Yes. All five counties are staffed for both. Whether you are arranging support for yourself, for your child, or for an aging parent, the counties are the same and so is the service list.

I live in a rural part of Hardee or Highlands. Can you actually get someone out here?

Often, yes — that is why we recruit in those counties rather than sending everyone out from Tampa. It still depends on who is free near you that week, so the honest answer comes from a phone call. If we cannot cover the hours you need, we will tell you rather than take the case and hope.

Do you ever take clients outside the five counties?

Sometimes. We take work just outside our footprint when we can staff it reliably. Tell us the town and the nearest cross streets and you will get a straight answer on the call.

I arrange my own support. Do I have to go through a relative?

No. If the support is for you, you are the person we plan it with — in any of the five counties. Call the office yourself and ask for a consultation. A relative, guardian or support coordinator can start the conversation instead if you would rather, but the plan is still yours to direct.

My parent is in a different county from me. Does that still work?

It does, and it is common. Plenty of the people we work with live in Tampa while their parent is in Sebring or Winter Haven. We set the plan up with your parent, in your parent's home, and keep you in the loop by phone.
