About Us
A Tampa caregiving agency, owned by people who live here
Dreams Come True Tampa Corp has spent well over a decade helping families across Tampa Bay keep a parent, a spouse or a child at home — safely, and with the routines that make a home feel like one.
Our Story
Why this agency exists
Most families do not go looking for a caregiving agency until something forces the issue. A fall in the bathroom. A hospital discharge with a list of instructions nobody at home can manage alone. A daughter realizing she has used every vacation day this year on doctor appointments.
Dreams Come True Tampa Corp was built for that moment. We are locally owned and operated in Tampa, FL — not a franchise running a playbook written in another state. The people who answer the phone live here, drive these roads, and know which hospitals and case managers you are dealing with.
The belief underneath all of it is simple: people deserve dignity and joy at home, not just supervision. Someone should be helping with the shower and also sitting down for a hand of cards afterward. That is the standard we hire for and the standard we hold caregivers to.

Mission & Values
What we hold ourselves to
Our mission is to enhance quality of life at home with dignity, respect and heartfelt care. These four commitments are how that shows up on an ordinary Tuesday.
Dignity first
We knock before we walk in. We ask before we help. Losing some independence should never mean losing the right to be treated like an adult in your own home.
The same face, week after week
A rotating cast of strangers is exhausting for the person receiving care and for the family managing it. We match a caregiver and we keep them on your schedule.
Straight answers for families
You get a clear hourly rate up front, notes on how the visits actually went, and a call when something changes. No surprise fees, no vague reassurances.
Care for every age and ability
We support seniors aging at home and we support children and adults living with disabilities. Both are core to what we do, not an afterthought.
Our Caregivers
Who we let into your home
This is the part families are right to be skeptical about. You are handing a stranger a key, a schedule and someone you love. Here is exactly what a caregiver has to clear before they are assigned to a Dreams Come True Tampa Corp client.
If a match is not working, tell us. We will find you a different caregiver, and you do not have to justify it. Ask us anything about a caregiver's screening before their first visit — call (813) 260-4938 and ask.
Background check on every caregiver
No exceptions, no provisional starts. A caregiver does not enter a client's home until the check clears.
References verified before assignment
We follow up on references ourselves. A name on a resume does not count as a reference until we have checked it.
Experience and certification checked for the role
CNAs show a current Florida certification in good standing. Every caregiver is asked in detail about the hands-on work they have actually done — transfers, bathing, mobility — before we put them in front of a client.
Ongoing training after hire
Training continues on the job, including dementia and Alzheimer's support, and support for children and adults with disabilities.
Matched by personality, not just availability
We ask about temperament, routines, language, pets and interests. Skills alone do not make a good afternoon — the person has to fit the household too.
Licensed and insured, and reachable
Dreams Come True Tampa Corp is licensed and insured. When you call the office you reach a person in Tampa who knows your family's plan.

Who We Serve
Two kinds of families call us
Two very different kinds of care, held to the same screening and the same standards.

Seniors aging at home
Help with bathing, dressing, meals, medication reminders and getting to appointments — plus the company that keeps a long day from feeling empty. We also support families managing dementia, Alzheimer's and recovery after a hospital stay.
See personal care
Children and adults with disabilities
Support for people living with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities. Plans are built with the family around the person's abilities, goals and daily routine — never around a diagnosis alone — and we coordinate with therapists and case managers already involved.
