Careers

Caregiving work that respects you too

We're hiring caregivers, CNAs and companions across Tampa Bay. Steady clients, a schedule you help set, and an office that answers when you call.

Why Work Here

What this job actually offers

Caregiving is hard work. These are the things we do to make it sustainable — the schedule, the client match, and who picks up when you call.

Schedules that fit your life

Tell us the days and hours you can actually work. We build your schedule around that, not the other way around.

The same clients each week

You get matched to clients you keep seeing, so you learn their routine and they learn to trust you. No new address every shift.

Coordinators who pick up

When something changes mid-shift, you reach a person in our Tampa office who knows your client and can make a decision.

Ongoing training

We keep training you after you're hired — personal care technique, dementia support and safety in the home.

Work close to home

All of our clients live in Tampa and the surrounding communities. We try to keep your assignments near you.

Treated like a professional

You're the one in the home doing the work. Your notes, your judgment and your read on a client carry weight here.

Open Roles

Where you might fit

Certification requirements vary by role. If you're not sure which one you qualify for, call us and we'll sort it out together.

Caregiver / HHA

Hands-on daily care in a client's home — bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and transfers, meals, light housekeeping and medication reminders. Most shifts are with seniors, some with adults or children living with a disability.

What you’ll need

  • Reliable transportation to reach clients across our service area
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Comfortable with hands-on personal care
  • Patience and genuine compassion

CNA

Higher-acuity in-home care for clients recovering from a hospital stay, living with dementia, or managing a chronic condition. You'll document what you see and flag changes to the coordinator and the family.

What you’ll need

  • Current Florida CNA certification in good standing
  • Reliable transportation to reach clients across our service area
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Clear, consistent documentation habits

Companion Caregiver

Non-medical shifts built around presence — conversation, games and hobbies, walks, errands, transportation to appointments and keeping a household running. Often the right fit if you're new to caregiving.

What you’ll need

  • Reliable transportation to reach clients across our service area
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Enjoy spending real time with people
  • Dependable — clients plan their day around you

How to Apply

Three steps, starting with a message

  1. 1

    Reach out

Send us a message through the contact form or call the office. Tell us which role you're after, your certifications if you have any, and the days you're available.

  2. 2

    Talk with a coordinator

We'll call you back to go over your experience, the areas you can get to, and what kind of clients suit you. It's a conversation, not an interrogation.

  3. 3

    Screening and matching

Every caregiver clears a criminal background check, references we verify by phone, and a hands-on skills assessment before a first assignment. Once you're cleared, we match you with clients whose needs and schedule line up with yours.

There’s no separate application portal — the contact form reaches the same office. Put “careers” in the message box so it gets to the right person, or call during Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
