Privacy Policy
What we collect when you reach out, what we do with it, and how to have it deleted. Written in plain English, because you should not need a lawyer to read a privacy policy.
Last updated: July 2026
The short version
- We collect the contact details you type into our form or give us on the phone.
- We use them to talk with you about care. That is it.
- We never sell your information or hand it to marketers.
- Ask us to delete what we have, and we will.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the consultation form on this website, we receive:
- Your name
- Your phone number and email address
- Who the care is for, if you tell us (for example, “my mother” or “my son”)
- The type of care and the timeline you select
- Anything you write in the message box
Only your name, phone and email are required. The rest is optional and exists so we can prepare for the call instead of starting from zero. If you call or email us directly, we have whatever you choose to tell us.
Information collected automatically
Our website host keeps standard server logs: the pages requested, the date and time, the browser and device type, and the IP address the request came from. We also record IP addresses briefly when the contact form is used, so we can limit how many times it can be submitted from one place. That is how we keep spam out. We do not use any of this to build a profile of you.
How we use your information
We use what you share to:
- Call or email you back about your request
- Prepare for a consultation and plan care
- Answer your questions and send information you ask for
- Keep records of who we have spoken with and what was agreed
- Meet insurance, billing and record-keeping obligations that apply to our business
We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join. If you tell us you are not moving forward, we stop contacting you.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Not to marketing companies, not to lead-generation networks, not to other care agencies. Your inquiry is not a product.
We share information outside our company in only three situations:
- With the service providers who help us run the business, described below
- When you ask us to, such as coordinating with a case manager, therapist or family member you name
- When the law requires it, such as a court order, a subpoena or a mandatory reporting obligation
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies, and we do not run cross-site tracking pixels for ad networks. Your browser may store small amounts of data needed for the site to work normally.
If we add website analytics to understand which pages families actually read, we will use it in aggregate — page counts and general regions, not individual tracking — and we will update this page to say so.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. This site works fine without them.
Companies that help us operate
We rely on a small number of outside companies to operate. In general terms, they cover:
- Website hosting and content delivery
- Email delivery for the messages this contact form generates
- Business email, phone and scheduling software
- Client records, billing and payroll systems
These companies handle information on our instructions and only to provide their service to us. They are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
How long we keep information
How long we hold onto information depends on what happened:
- You contacted us but did not become a client. We keep the inquiry for up to two years, so we recognize you if you come back, then delete it.
- You became a client. We keep care and billing records for as long as we provide care, and afterward for the period our insurance and applicable record-keeping rules require.
- Server logs. Kept for a short period, generally a few weeks, then rotated out.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you
Email or call us and say what you want. We will confirm who you are first, so we are never handing one family’s information to a stranger, and we will act on the request within 30 days.
If we are required to keep certain care or billing records, we will tell you which ones and why, and delete the rest. If you are asking on behalf of a parent or family member, tell us your relationship and we will let you know what we need.
Health information
Please do not send detailed medical records, diagnoses or insurance numbers through the website form. It is an ordinary web form, not a secure medical portal. Tell us enough to have a useful conversation, and we will take the sensitive details by phone or in person.
Anything you do share about a health condition is used only to plan care, and it is handled with the same care as the rest of our client records.
Children's privacy
This website is written for adults arranging care, and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information online from anyone under 13.
We do provide care for children with disabilities. In those cases the information about the child reaches us from a parent, guardian or case manager — not from the child through this website. If you believe a child has sent us information directly, email us and we will remove it.
How we protect your information
Inside the company, access to your information is limited to the people who need it to arrange and deliver care. This website is served over an encrypted connection.
No system is perfect, so we will not promise absolute security. What we will promise is that if something goes wrong, we act on it right away and we tell you — we do not sit on bad news.
Links to other websites
This site links to a few places we do not control, including our Google Business Profile and our social media pages. Once you follow one of those links you are on their website, under their privacy policy, not ours.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Anything significant will be described here so you can see what moved rather than having to compare versions.
