Terms of Service

The ground rules for using this website. Short, readable, and separate from the written agreement that covers actual care.

Last updated: July 2026

The short version

  • This website describes our services. It is not medical advice.
  • Reading it does not start care, and it is not a contract for care.
  • Care begins only with a written agreement we both sign.
  • Questions about any of this? Call us and ask.

About these terms

These terms apply to www.dcttampa.agency and every page on it. By browsing the site, reading our service pages or submitting the consultation form, you are agreeing to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site — call us instead and we will talk directly.

“We,” “us” and “our” mean Dreams Come True Tampa Corporation, an in-home care agency based in Tampa, FL. “You” means anyone using this website.

Using this website

You are welcome to read this site, share links to it, and print pages for your own use while you research care for your family.

Please do not:

  • Submit the contact form with false information, or on behalf of someone who has not asked you to
  • Use the site to send spam, malware or anything unlawful
  • Scrape, copy or republish our content as your own, or use it to train a commercial product
  • Try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it

We may limit or block access if the site is being misused. We also may change, pause or retire pages at any time without notice.

Information, not medical advice

Everything on this website is general information about in-home care. It is not medical, nursing, legal or financial advice, and it is not a diagnosis or a care plan.

Do not use this site to decide whether to start, stop or change a medication, a treatment or a course of care. Those decisions belong with your loved one’s physician and care team. Reading this site does not create a caregiver relationship between us.

If this is an emergency, call 911.

No guarantee of outcomes

We describe our services honestly, but we cannot promise a particular result. Care is delivered by people, in real homes, for people whose needs change. No agency can guarantee a health outcome, a recovery, a specific caregiver’s availability or a fixed schedule for all time.

Prices, availability, service areas and the specifics of what we offer can change. What is written on this site is a description, not a quote and not a commitment. The consultation is where you get real numbers for your situation.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is.” We do not warrant that every page is free of errors or that the site is never offline.

Care services are a separate written agreement

Nothing on this website starts care, and submitting the contact form does not create a care relationship or obligate either of us to anything.

Care begins only after a consultation and a separate written service agreement signed by you (or the person legally authorized to sign) and by us. That agreement is what governs the actual services: scope of care, schedule, rates, billing, caregiver assignment, cancellation and termination.

If anything in that signed agreement conflicts with anything on this website, the signed agreement controls.

Content and intellectual property

The text, photographs, layout, logo and design of this site belong to Dreams Come True Tampa Corporation or to the people we licensed them from, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may link to our pages and quote short passages with credit. You may not copy substantial portions of the site, reuse our photographs, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you, without our written permission.

If you send us a review, a testimonial or a photo, you are giving us permission to publish it on our website and marketing materials. Tell us if you would rather we did not, or want it taken down later, and we will honor that.

This site links out to places we do not control, including our Google Business Profile and our social media pages. We include them because they are useful, not because we vouch for everything on them. Once you follow a link, that site’s own terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Florida law, Dreams Come True Tampa Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website — for example, lost time, lost data or decisions made based on general information found here.

This section is about the website. It does not limit our responsibility for the care we actually deliver. Our obligations as a care provider are governed by your signed service agreement and by the laws that regulate home care in Florida, and nothing here waives any right you cannot legally waive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Hillsborough County, Florida, and you and we agree to that venue.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business or the website changes. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
